  • Jennifer E. Krieg, Senior Partner

    Jennifer E. Krieg has been practicing law since 2005 and is a founding senior partner of St. John, Griffin & Krieg P.L.L.C.

    She concentrates her practice in the areas of real property, probate, Native American and corporation law. Jennifer has a background in the legal field where she worked at several major Oklahoma City law firms during college and law school. She joined the United States Attorney’s Office in Memphis, Tennessee. In 1999, Jennifer worked with the Attorney General’s Advisory Committee as a legislative liaison within the Department of Justice.

    She is a native of Oklahoma and was raised in Wellston. She lives in Luther with her husband and five children. She is member of OBA and serves on the Oklahoma City Archdiocesan Oil and Gas Advisory Committee, Oklahoma County Planning Commission and the Gollapalli Charitable Foundation.

  • Scott St. John, Senior Partner

    Scott St. John has been practicing law since 2006 and is a founding senior partner of St. John, Griffin & Krieg P.L.L.C. Scott concentrates his practice in the areas of environmental, Native American, energy, contracts and land use.

    Scott’s background in engineering allows him to work closely with clients to develop their land use plans, face regulatory hurdles and project management. He regularly works on Environmental Impact Statements, Long Range Plans, ordinance and policy development. Scott primary focus is projects on with complex regulatory elements include projects on federal and Tribal properties.

    Scott is a native of Oklahoma, raised in Owasso. He lives in Oklahoma City with his wife and two children. He is member of OBA and serves on the board for Gollapalli Charitable Foundation.

    Monica Smith Griffin has been practicing law since 2005 and is a founding senior partner at St. John, Griffin & Krieg. She concentrates her practice in the areas of Native American Law, Environmental Law, Energy Law, Contracts, Real Estate and Business Transactions.

    Monica has a background in environmental law, Native American Law, energy and contracts. As an archaeologist and biologist she is experienced in NHPA Section 106 and NEPA consultations on tribal properties.

    Monica is a native Oklahoman, raised in Hennessey and Norman. She lives in Oklahoma City with her husband and three children. She is a member of the OBA and serves on the board of the Gollapalli Charitable Foundation

  • Kendra Bennett, Legal Assistant

    Before joining St. John, Griffin & Krieg, Kendra gained many years of customer service, management skills, agricultural and land management skills & sales experience, as well as filling the role of a paralegal. Through many of these learned skills, she has an extensive background in Tribal transactions with Bureau of Indian Affairs across the U.S., transactions with Bureau of Land Management, the Commissioners of the Land Office and many other state and nationwide federal agencies. From Regulatory and Leasing, to permitting solutions, she accomplishes your projects and goals for your natural resource developments. Kendra’s flexibility and willingness to continue to learn has made her an invaluable asset.

  • Patricia A. Smith, Controller

    After retiring from a thirty-seven year career in education as a teacher and school administrator, Patricia joined St. John, Griffin & Krieg. Currently she manages all of the accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll. Prior to retiring from education, Patricia gained knowledge of the oil and gas industry while working on leasing for Reagan Resources, Inc. for two years.
